2024 Fall Candidates
As the daughter of parents who brought her to civil rights marches in a stroller, she was inspired to tackle injustice from an early age. She took that mission to county courtrooms, the California Attorney General’s office, the United States Senate, and the White House.
Now she is running for President of the United States to continue protecting our freedoms, delivering justice, and expanding opportunity so that every American can not just get by, but get ahead.
As vice president, she’s been a trusted partner to President Joe Biden in their work to take on the powerful and make change for the people — from standing up against extremists to defending reproductive freedom to taking on Big Pharma to bring down prescription drug costs and cap the price of insulin at $35 a month for our seniors.
Governor Walz is a champion for America’s working families. He enlisted in the Army National Guard when he turned 17 and served for 24 years, rising to the rank of Command Sergeant Major. After attending college thanks to the GI Bill, Tim Walz served his community as a high school teacher and football coach – taking his team to the state championship for the first time in the school’s history. He became a member of Congress in a Republican district by representing the needs of farmers and rural America. As Governor, Tim Walz cut taxes for working families, lowered the cost of insulin and eliminated junk fees, and protected women’s right to choose. That experience makes him the ideal running mate for Kamala Harris, who has taken on the big banks, led the fight for reproductive freedom, and stood with our allies against Putin’s aggression during her time as a prosecutor, Attorney General, Senator, and Vice President.
Tammy Baldwin is committed to making sure that working people, not just big corporate special interests or the super wealthy, have a fighter on their side. With so much at stake, from families struggling with rising costs to a ban on reproductive freedom, Wisconsinites need someone who can fight and win. Tammy’s record of securing meaningful wins for working people is exactly why Wisconsinites across the political spectrum are backing her for reelection.

Having built a career as a first responder for the past 12 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Megan Lach
My decision to run for the State Assembly was deeply rooted in my experiences as a woman navigating the complexities of our political landscape. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how policies can profoundly impact the lives of women in our state. This awareness fueled my determination to be a voice for change and advocate for equity and justice.
Assembly District 13
Robyn Vining
Smart, compassionate, and tenacious, Robyn Vining was the first Democrat to flip a legislative seat on some of the most gerrymandered maps in the country in 2018. She then came back in 2020 and defended that seat, winning by over 8 points. Since winning her seat again in 2022, Rep. Vining has been passionately defending the rights of her constituents, and working on building a stronger Wisconsin for all.

She has over twenty years of experience in supply chain operations and retail. Her non-profit work includes advocating for strong public schools, reproductive healthcare rights, hunger mitigation, environmental clean-up, gun violence prevention, LGBTQ+ equality, and tutoring low-income students.
Assembly District 24
William Walter
William believes it's imperative for young people to have a seat at the table while expecting public policy to serve the needs of the many rather than the will of the few, something that can only be accomplished through unapologetically progressive legislation. In the tradition of the Wisconsin Idea in a state rich with progressive history, he hopes to help drive Wisconsin "Forward" once again.
